Small to medium businesses in the UK are getting ready for Cyber Monday - a day when good web design can really pay off.
The busiest online shopping day before Christmas falls on December 6th this year, and firms who have yet to
create a website would do well to get an internet presence to take advantage.
A survey published by YouGov says that the week of the 6th will pay host to around 45 per cent of UK adults making a purchase using the internet.
Internet hosting service Peer 1 Hosting says that business who have used a
website builder to get online should get ready for a record breaking day.
UK managing director for the firm, Dominic Monkhouse, says that "sites need to be ready and cope with big spikes in activity."
