A new plan to get millions more people online has been launched by Stephen Timms, the Minister for Digital Britain.
The National Digital Participation Plan aims to get 60 per cent of the 12.5 million people in the UK that don’t have access to the internet yet online within four years.
That equates to around seven and a half million more people starting to use the web in the near future.
