A young entrepreneur who set up her business just a month after returning to the UK after four years in Australia, has been passing on her tips for the top.
SARAH Weightman came home two years ago to launch marketing firm Glow Creative after working in marketing for a graphic arts supplier in Sydney.
Nebusiness.co.uk reports she said "I had been considering starting my own company for some time and I wanted to challenge myself and have the freedom to create and drive my own business."
Despite the economic downturn, she was able to use her contacts book to quickly turn her enterprise into an international business.
She also received help from Business Link to start up Glow Creative.
Her own business now has clients in the UK and Down Under.
